We have already make you know how to create and manage friend group and how to find friends using there Emails in orkut ,This Tutorial will make you know how to use such differnt groups to send messages to different groups or section of yours friends Use the tool icon on the right side of the friend groups’ section to help manage your groups. 
- To change a group name, click the tool icon, enter any changes in the text box, and click save.
- To remove a friend from a group, select the checkbox next to your friend [Edit Link]and click remove from group in the actions drop-down menu.
- To remove the entire group, click the tool icon next to the group name and then press delete. You’ll see a dialog box that asks you to confirm your action. (Remember, this only deletes the friend group; it doesn’t delete the people in that group from your friends list!)
- After creating Group you can Send Message to different Friend groups in Orkut with the help of messages box,as shown in image below.
