orkut provides this features also to save yours friends from being lost .If you have broken any terms of orkut then beware you are going to lost yours profile soon.so its necessary to save yours friendlist before you get deleted from orkut !!so how to do that. its easy only one click can save yours all profile friend just what you have to do is to follow below para Instruction.
To Save yours Orkut Friends Click On Friends Tab available at the top of orkut profile, After that Click On Download Tab, (Available in Download Contact Box on Right Side of your Orkut Profile) Verify the Verification code. Doing these will create a CSV File Save in to yours System , save either in yours system or yours pendrive , or in some permanent folder because this file is very important containing Emailids of all yours Friends. 
How to use these Information >> The Information inside these file is useful beacuse it contain all the Mailids that will help in building yours Orkut profile again in a single click ,So to do that Open CSV File saved in yours system , copy all Mail ids inside that CSV File And paste it into Invite Frinds Bar, available on Left side of orkut profile ,Click on more to Expand that,This will auto send request to all yours orkut friends.And you will Get back all yours friends again after there approval.
