Troubleshooting Steps: Windows XP:
Click on Start then click on Run. Type C:Program FilesWindows Liveinstallerwlarp.exe then press Enter.
A new window will open. Select Uninstall and click on Continue. Select the Windows Live Program that you want to remove and click on Continue. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Window Vista:
Click on the Start button. Type C:Program FilesWindows Liveinstallerwlarp.exe on the Start Search box then press Enter. A new window will open. Select Uninstall and click on Continue.
Select the Windows Live Program that you want to remove and click on Continue. Follow the on-screen instructions.
In case it says you cannot uninstall or reinstall install it cause you have a newer version Use “Zapmessenger” to remove it and then install the new Windows live messenger.
