Recover and Restore Accidentally Deleted Bookmarks in Firefox

The only way to restore the deleted bookmarks in Firefox browser is through ‘Bookmark Backups’ folder. You can follow below mention steps to recove all yours lost bookmark using simple steps:

 Click Start – Run and type “%APPDATA%MozillaFirefoxProfiles ” in the Run box (without quotes). Alternatively you can directly access this from:

• C:Documents and SettingsYour user nameApplication DataMozillaFirefoxProfiles

This will open your Firefox profile window – Double Click the *.default folder Open the ‘bookmarkbackups‘ folder. Here you can see automated backup files (in HTML format) of bookmarks date wise. Choose the latest (last) file entry and copy – paste it into desktop or anywhere you prefer.

 Now open the Firefox browser  On tab, click ‘Bookmarks – Organize Bookmarks‘. On this ‘Bookmarks Manager‘ window, click ‘File – Import‘. Choose ‘Import Bookmarks From‘ – file and click Next.Now choose the folder where you store the bookmarks backup in the last step and click on that and open. Voila! your bookmarks will be successfully restored.
