Facebook donot allow anyone to bookmark or save anyone profile officially ,in that case its hard for fb user to find and get updates from any specific user in which he/she is interested.
But facebook subscribe button will help you in getting information or public updates about any fb user in your news feeds.
All you need is to simply click fb subscribe button available in top right side of his/her profile .
If that button is not visible to you then that means he/she have not yet activated subscribe button in there profile.
