<p>Garlic milk can be prepared both in cooked and uncooked states. In raw state uncooked form is more powerful. This milk is prepared by adding the pulp of the crushed garlic in uncooked buffalo milk. The proportion is four cloves to 110 ml of milk. Another method is to boil the garlic milk. This will help in curing sciatica.</p>
<p>Nutmeg is another effective remedy for sciatica. A nutmeg should be coarsely powdered and fired in gingelly oil until all the particles become brown. This oil can be applied beneficially on the affected parts as a pain reliever.</p>
<p>Good home remedy for sciatica &#8211; Rhus tox (30C) is a homeopathic remedy for back pain, arthritis and general aches and pains. Rhus tox is widely used for back pain and stiffness including trauma from lifting heavy loads and bruising or sprains. This remedy is also good for joint and muscle ailments, sciatic pain and neck stiffness.</p>
<p>Effective home remedy for sciatica &#8211; Put some 50 mg of mustard oil in a small beaker and chop 3-4 pieces of garlic seeds or cloves. Heat it till the color of the garlics turn semi red. Massage the oil in bearable hotness around the buttocks or the areas where you are suffering from pain. This will help in reducing sciatica pain.</p>
<p>Juices like the juice of potatoes and celery leaves. These juices in combination are said to provide sciatica relief when drunk in a minimum quantity of 10 ounces daily. The addition of carrots and beetroots to this mixture is said to fortify the strength and taste. If you can’t drink the juice drinking celery tea throughout the day is also beneficial for sciatica.</p>

<p>Blood pressure is the force of blood pushing against the walls of the arteries as the heart pumps out blood. If this pressure rises and stays high over time, it can damage the body in many ways.<span id="more-3928"></span></p>
<p>Some of the other common <strong>symptoms </strong>are dizziness, palpitations, pain in the region of the heart, frequent urination, nervous tension, fatigue, difficulty in breathing and Pain at the Back of the Head and Neck.</p>
<p>Home remedies for high blood pressure</p>
<ul>
<li>Grapefruit is useful in preventing high blood pressure. The vitamin P content in the fruit is helpful in toning up the arteries.</li>
<li>Lemon is also regarded as a valuable food to control high blood pressure. It is a rich source of vitamin P which is found both in the juice and peel of the fruit. This vitamin is essential for preventing capillary fragility.</li>
<li>Indian gooseberry is another effective remedy for high blood pressure. A tablespoon each of fresh indian gooseberry juice and honey mixed together should be taken every morning in this condition.</li>
<li>Rice has a low-fat, low-cholesterol, and low-salt content. It makes a perfect diet for those hypertensive persons who have been advised salt-restricted diets. Calcium in brown rice, in particular, soothes and relaxes the nervous system and helps relieve the symptoms of high blood pressure.</li>
<li>Potatoes, specially in boiled form, are a valuable food for lowering blood pressure. When boiled with their skin, they absorb very little salt. Thus they can form a useful addition to a salt-free diet recommended for patients with high blood pressure. Potatoes are rich in potassium but not in sodium salts. The magnesium present in the vegetable exercises beneficial effects in lowering blood pressure.</li>
<li>Raw vegetable juices, especially carrot and spinach juices, taken separately or in combination, are also beneficial in the treatment of high blood pressure. If taken in combination, 300 ml of carrot juice and 200 ml of spinach juice should be mixed to make 500 ml or half a litre of the juice, and taken daily.</li>
<li>Every morning smash 2 big cloves of garlic and swallow them with a glass of water, followed by 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed. You do the same at night. The result is fantastic.</li>
<li>To eat 2 pieces of raw garlic during lunch time, daily has brought back my BP to normal.</li>

<p><strong>Home Remedies that Cures Intected Tonsil are  as follows </strong></p>
<p><strong>Fenugreek Seeds</strong> &#8211; Gargle made from fenugreek seeds is very effective for tonsillitis.</p>
<p><strong>Vegetable Juices</strong> &#8211; Raw vegetable juices of carrot, beet, and cucumber in the ratio of 3:1:1 combination are also very beneficial for the treatment of tonsillitis.</p>
<p><strong>Stay Hydrated</strong> &#8211; Drink lots and lots of liquids. Especially, frozen liquids help numb the throat. You may also try hot teas with honey, and clear soups. For some people, warm beverages help relieve the pain of tonsillitis better than cold ones do.</p>
<p><strong>Salt Water</strong> &#8211; You may gargle with luke warm salt water many times in a day. ( one forth teaspoon of salt would be enough in half a cup of water) several times a day.</p>
<p><strong>Lemon, Blackpepper and Salt</strong> &#8211; Take a lemon and cut it into two pieces. On one piece, put some salt and black pepper. Now press it with a knife s o that salt-pepper penetrate into the lime. Put the lemon on heat to make it warm. Slowly lick this lemon squeezing it until no juice remains. You may do this daily two or three times.</p>
<p>Hygiene &#8211; If you are suffering from a disease like tonsillitis, you should keep good hygiene.</p>
<p>Avoid Acidic Drinks, Spicy Food and Soar Substances &#8211; Don&#8217;t drink acid drinks and try to avoid spicy food as it may irritate your throat. Sour substances like curds, buttermilk, and fried foods should also be avoided.</p>
<p><strong>Rest </strong>- Give plenty of rest to your throat and try not to talk.</p>
<p>See a Doctor, if condition is serious &#8211; If you are have difficulty in swallowing, breathing or talking, or have any other concerns you should see a doctor immediately, or the condition may turn more serious.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p><strong>Take eye breaks</strong>: Throughout the day, give your eyes a break by forcing them to focus on something other than on your screen . hold a finger a few inch in front of your face ; focus on the finger as you slowlymove it away;focus on something far in the distanceand then back to finger; slowly bring the finger back towards your face . then, sift your focus to something farther than eight feet away and hold your eyes there for few seconds .repeat this exercise three times, several times a day.<span id="more-3769"></span></p>
<p><strong> Change the pace: </strong>Try to stand upand move around at least once every hour or so. if possible lean back and close your eyes for a few second.at the very least, tryto give yourselfa five minute rest every hour. do other work such as phone calls, filling etc.</p>
<p><strong>Blink often to refresh your eyes</strong>: Many people blink less than normal when working at a computer. Dry eyes can result from prolonged computer use . Blinking produces tears that can help moisten and lubricate your eyes.</p>

<p><strong>Get appropriate eyewear</strong>:Use good quality sunglass to protect your eyes from the harmful u.v rays.</p>
<h2>Change In Your Workstation Schedule</h2>
<p><strong>Adust your monitor</strong>: position your monitor directlyinfront of you, about 20 to 28inches from your eyes. increase the font size if required .keep the top of your screen at eye level or below, so that you look down silghtly while at work.if its too high or too low , it can lead to a sore neck if you wear  bifocals or trifocals,you may have atendency totilt your head backwards so that you can see the lower portion of your glasses. for this, consider lowering your  monitor a few inches or buy glasses designed your computer work.</p>
<p><strong>Position your keyboard properly:<span style="font-weight: normal;">P</span><span style="font-weight: normal;">lace your keyboard directly infront of your monitor.if you place it at an angle or to side ,your eyes have to focus at diffrent distances from the screen , starining your eyes.</span></strong></p>
<p><strong>Keep refrence materialsnearby:<span style="font-weight: normal;"> P</span><span style="font-weight: normal;">lace reading and reference material on a document holder beside your monitpr and at the same level, angle and distance from your monitor and at the same level, angle  youreyes distance from your eyes as the monitor is from your eyes. this way your eyes aren&#8217;t constantly readjusting.</span></strong></p>
<p><strong>Check  the lighting and reduce glare</strong>:Bright light and too much glare makes it difficult to see objects on the screen , staraining the eyes. to check glare avoid placing your monitor directly in front of a window or white wall. use glare reducing screen . adjust the contrast and brightness on the monitor to a comfortable level. wipe the dust on the computer screen regularly.</p>

<p><strong>Drink water</strong> &#8211;  Drink pleanty of water ,It help reduce puffiness, When a person is dehydrated, especially in an air-conditiones office ,the body strats storing water as a defence mechanism .This adds to puffiness around eyes.</p>
<p><strong>Take a walk</strong> &#8211; After having lunch or dinner take a stroll outside for a few minutes.This will giveyour eyes a much needed break and get them some fresh air.</p>
<p><strong>Splash water on your face</strong> -During breaks,splash water on your face while closing your eyes,Alternatively soak amla overnight in water and use this water the next morning to wash the eyes</p>
<p><strong>Soothe tired eyes</strong>  - Keep sliced cucumber on your eyes and take a short nap for 10-15 minutes Or Dip cotton pads in chiles milk or water and place on closed eyes for 10 inutes.</p>
